Welcome to our new website. The look, feel and content of our new website has been influenced by feedback from our residents and we are very grateful for the time they invested in this. Residents told us that when they applied to come to Nansen Village, they would like to have had access to a website that gives them a real sense of what it is like living here, including more images of the village, the layout of accommodation and the local area. We hope you like it!
We will be posting updates on Village Life, looking into our archive for interesting moments in our history and sharing news from the village. We would welcome contributions and ideas from our residents (past and present). We are increasing our presence on social media so look out for content on Instagram (Brian, our chief executive, keeps telling us he doesn’t know what ‘Insta’ is all about, but we are sure he will get there!).
It’s a busy time of year for the village and we are very excited about welcoming all of our new arrivals including students from Nepal, Singapore, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Poland, Indonesia, Japan and Kazakhstan. We know you will enjoy your stay at the village.
